Your product is managed under the Seafood Import Monitoring Program and Tuna Tracking and Verification Program.

• 
  An International Fisheries Trade Permit is required to import this product. The importer of record only needs a single IFTP for all NOAA Fisheries trade programs.

Tuna Tracking and Verification Program Quick Links

• NOAA Form 370 (PDF, 2 pages)
  Must be submitted to the Automated Commercial Environmental system at time of, or advance of, importation.
  
• Captain’s Statement(s) or International Dolphin Conservation Program Member Nation certification(s) must be attached to the NOAA Form 370. Must be submitted to the ACE system at time of, or advance of, importation.
  
• Embargoes of certain yellowfin tuna products are in effect when harvested in the eastern tropical Pacific Ocean by purse seine gear. More information is available on the program embargo page.
